Once a company has surpassed the seed stage of development, a business plan is desirable. The business plan should include the distinguishing characteristics of the business opportunity as well as Management backgrounds, market opportunity, technology (if appropriate), sales and marketing plans and financials.

Potential investments are reviewed by all Managing Directors and a management presentation is required. Subsequent to the presentation, PVG will complete a thorough due diligence process. Ultimately, PVG and the company will work cohesively to structure a deal so that both parties' objectives are satisfied.
